Class Outline

Reiki (Ray Key) means Universal Life Energy It is an ancient system of therapeutic touch. It is not a religion. There is great space that surrounds us - The Universe- which has endless and enormous energy, with its ultimate source being The Creator. This energy is the same force that make the plants grow, birds fly and causes healing within yourself. When a human being has pain (emotion is involved in at least 80% of all physical ailments) or problems, he or she can draw from Reiki. It is a soothing energy, a wave length of great power which can revitalize and restore harmony. Best of all, it is available to anyone who seeks it.

Reiki is a gentle hands-on healing technique that reduces stress, relieves pain of chronic illness, and facilitates the healing process. It has helped people with pain, addiction, emotional imbalance and with all types of illness. The Reiki treatment energizes all body systems - blood supply, nerves, immune system, brain cells, glands and organs to levels that promote growth and healing.

Reiki is the energy that sustains us and all life and keeps us healthy. It is both a self help technique and a technique to help others
